Most recently, Arvind was the Global VP of Growth & Sustainability at Mirum India, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the agency’s full-funnel marketing capabilities across creative, media, and Martech. Under his tenure, Mirum scaled into a 54Cr+ net sales business, driving integration across strategy, creative, media, and commerce.
He has worked with leading global and Indian brands, including IndiGo Airlines, Fitbit, Ford, Logitech, Carrera, HCL, PHFI, American Express, Greenlam Laminates, Melbourne University, GSK, The Coca-Cola Company, Hero Electric Vehicles, Facebook, The Times of India, and the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (MOHFW).
Maya de Souza is an expert on circular economy policy and practice at HOOOP. She has worked on public policy and systems in this field as well as business practice and transformation in a number of countries: UK, India and Hong Kong (China).
In India, she led the research into and development of a new program on circular economy at a well-known Think Tank including exploring policy gaps and government goals in fields such as textiles, electronics and batteries. She also co-led a project on the merits of introducing EPR for textiles and undertook research as part of an international project for Habitat for Humanity on circularity in construction.
In the UK, she played a strategic role leading her policy team in developing a cross-cutting program on preventing waste generation – from design to reuse/repair – as well as recycling. She also led on specific policy areas: textiles, construction and on eco-design standards and labelling as well as spearheading the UK’s contribution on circular economy at G7, G20 and UNEA events and on other international policy areas including trade.
As Circular Economy Director at Business in the Community, she led on developing a program, designing projects and securing funding in this field.
Rachana brings more than 25 years of leadership experience at the intersection of media, technology, and sustainability. As Co-CEO of Kinetic Worldwide, she guided one of the world’s leading OOH media organizations through significant growth and industry transformation. At HOOOP, she is advancing the concept of sustainable media, rethinking how digital, OOH, retail, and emerging consumer touchpoints can drive both business performance and climate-positive impact.
She is recognized for her ability to anticipate industry shifts and translate emerging trends into scalable solutions. Drawing on her experience in building organizations for growth, she has demonstrated how to align strategy, execution, and partnerships to create value at scale.
Rachana views media holistically, understanding its role not only as a set of channels but as an interconnected system shaping consumer behavior, brand strategy, and societal outcomes. This systems perspective underpins her work, from founding Glocal Bridge to strengthen collaboration across the media ecosystem to mentoring the next generation of leaders.

Paromita leads the environmental law and policy thinking at HOOOP. She brings more than two decades of experience working in the legal policy and research space.
She also works as a consultant for various funds helping them in their monitoring, tracking and reporting regulatory and policy developments likely to impact companies in focus and the sectors.
This also includes giving advice regarding procedures relating to such developments, impact of such developments on the sector and stakeholders’ position/stand relating to such developments.
She works and studies on matters concerning environmental law & policy.
Samiksha Saxena was the National Head of Planning & Strategy at VML. She brings with her over a decade of experience in driving digital first brand strategies. Her experience lies in brand management, customer loyalty programmes, and digital media, in driving growth for clients through innovative campaigns. She has helped build strategies for brands including TOI, Apollo Tyres, Greenlam Laminates, IndiGo Airlines, IBIS, RSPL, GSK , Unilever, Ford, Hero Electric among others.

Radhika was a Senior Director & India Practice Chair – Brands with Burson. A communications expert with over 2 decades of experience in Consumer, Fashion, Lifestyle, Luxury, Retail, Auto, Travel and Hospitality. She was responsible for developing and executing industry-wide outreach programs, building integrated communication campaigns with a pan-India reach across online & offline platforms, crisis management, message development, building strong relationships and advocates, planning and executing media and celebrity partnerships.
At HOOOP, she oversees the communication and stakeholder engagement as well as on the sustainability narrative strategies.
She has worked with leading brands to drive sustainability initiatives and impactful campaigns, including Tetra Pak’s 'Cartons Se Classroom Banao,' ITC’s sustainable packaging solutions, Kohler’s water conservation efforts, and McCain’s sustainability programs. She also collaborated with Otrivin on their carbon pencil campaign, Dyson on pollution awareness, Royal Enfield to launch water-efficient or waterless dealership services, Maruti Suzuki on their sustainability journey, Whirlpool's environmental initiatives, Haleon's sustainability strategies, and Air France–KLM's responsible travel campaigns.
Shujoy is currently a research scholar at IIT Delhi. Previously, he was a Sr. Vice President and Executive Planning Director at Wunderman Thompson India. A communications professional with over 25 years of experience as both a Creative and a Strategist, he has worked across most Product Categories and a whole host of brands Indian and Multinational, B2C and B2B.
He was responsible for the planning function of Wunderman Thompson South India and has been responsible for the birth and rebirth of many brands, winning awards for his work as both a Creative and a Strategist.
A theorist at heart, at HOOOP, he brings the brand thinking and architecture for framing the sustainability systems.
